SOFT-AREA is a software solution for the inventory of all the assets used by companies and their employees to to their job.
From production equipment to laptops. monitors, printers, office chairs, refrigerators, express machines, phones and television sets, all the assets of a company need inventoried, according to the laws.
Any product used by the employees of a company valued to more than 2.500 RON (without VAT) is an asset that goes through monthly amortisation periods, according to the Accounting Law (Accounting Law no. 82/1991 republished) and an order by the Finance Ministry (OMFP 2861/2009). Under this value, an asset can be an inventory object used by an employee, but these also need inventoried.
The Soft-Area solution integrates in the inventory software Zebra professional printers for printing plastified (outdoor) tags that can contain desired informations: QR code, inventory number, description, location, etc.
The tags are placed on the assets and later, via scanning, the real status of the inventory is realised.
The interface is mobile friendly and the inventory is simple to do, via scanning using any mobile phone/tablet.

Functions

Configuration
Import fixed assets, inventory objects and parts from any ERP of excel file. Configure cost centers, POI-s (locations) and allocate assets.
Scanning
Printing of self-adhesive tags for outside, with QR code, for inventory via smartphone scanning.
Reports
Reports with the assets and their situation (good, usable, broken) and their status (scanned, unscanned and needing clarification), stock reports.
Documents
The documents module from the inventory management software is essential for the efficient administration of the resources. It allows fast and easy generation of a variety of critical documents.
Configuration
The import of fixed assets and inventory objects cand be done manually, importing an excel file or programatically directly from the ERP, using our free API. The system uses the inventory numbers from the ERP (the QR code is based on them), cost center and optionally the locations for the assets.
Fill the missing info (description, pictures, maintenance cycles, observations, etc).
Allocate the beneficiary of the asset and generate the electronical PV for reception into custody.
Automatically generate tags with the QR codes (using any type of printer) and label the fixed assets and the inventory objects.

After the inventory is done you can access reports (that can be exported in Excel), that can be programatically to the ERP:

For the confirmation and responsabillity of the asset management. Proposal to decommission for removal from usage of EOL assets.

To document the temporary transfer of equipment to a beneficiary.
