Creasoft developed the most performant and easy to use digital solution to administer maintenance and repairs, based on tags with QR code put on the objects that are scanned by the technician send to repair or do maintenance work. Moreover, the Creasoft software allows real time planning of the repairs from a smartphone; whoever opens the repair ticket can add instructions and/or pictures or dicuments attached to the instructions, that then get to the technician immediately.
The import of the machines/devices that require maintenance or repairs can be done from Excel or programmatically (via API) directly from the ERP

The SOFT-AREA solution has the purpose of digitising the administration and tracking of repairs and periodical maintenance operations for the assets of a company, using QR code labels for the assets and scanning them during the repairs and/or periodica maintenance.
Whether it's production equipment and machinery, laptops, monitors, printers, or even inventory items that require periodic maintenance or repairs, the software adapts to the user's needs.
The "turnkey" solution also includes the delivery of professional inkjet printers - Zebra brand, for printing laminated labels, on which several indicators can be printed: QR code, accounting inventory number, description, location. The printers are portable and allow printing self-adhesive labels from phones, tablets or PCs.
By scanning the QR code stuck on the machine/device with any phone, the actual performance of the inspections and repairs is guaranteed and the exact location where this QR code scan was made can be identified.
When scanning, the technician can add photos, documents and comments related to the repairs performed. This data is centralized and stored in the history.
